    Has met the requirements of a Materials Associate I and is fully trained in one of the primary assigned Materials Areas below, and/or has the equivalent of one-year working experience in the area of interest below:


    (STK) Stockrooms
    - Packs Stockroom
    - Equipment Stockroom
    - FG-Equipment Stockroom

    (S/R) 3365 Dock / FG-Equipment Packaging
    - Domestic / International Shipping
    - Receiving
    - FG-Equipment Packaging

    (RTN) Returns
    - Returns Dept.

    Offsite Warehouse



    3365/FG–Equipment Packaging:

    Responsibilities by Areas include, but not limited to:

    -  Perform applicable system work

    -  Perform domestic / international shipping

    -  Perform receiving functions

    -  Perform FG packaging as required.

    -  Perform cycle counts

    -  Becoming fork lift certified (if applicable)



    Responsibilities by Areas include, but not limited to:

    -  Perform applicable system work

    -  Perform cycle counts

    -  Sort, fill, assemble and audit orders in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures.

    -  Review inventory and shipment discrepancies.

    -  Perform put away functions.

    -  Becoming fork lift certified (if applicable)



    (Responsibilities by Areas include, but not limited to :)

    -  Sort, assemble, audit, and ship orders in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures.

    -  Perform applicable system work


    Offsite Warehouse:

    (Responsibilities by Areas include, but not limited to :)

    • Execute the:
      • Transfer process, maintaining FIFO
      • Pulling process
      • Storing Process
      • Put Away Process
      • Perform System work
      • Load and unload transfer truck / deliveries as needed
      • Maintain an orderly and clean facility


    Additional Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

    -  Person MUST treat others with respect, demonstrate a positive can do approach, and be willing to work in whatever area is assigned.

    -  Update and address daily activity and monitoring reports for accountability.

    -  Assist in the Annual Physical Inventory.

    -  Assist Group Lead in daily functions as instructed.

    -  Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area.

    -  Assist in maintaining the building security.

    -  Conduct operations in a manner which promotes safety. Comply with OSHA and MSDS standards


    Required Education:

    High School Diploma or Equivalent.


    Preferred Experience:

    Previous manufacturing experience

    Surgical equipment manufacturing experience


    Required Skills/Qualifications:

    -  Ability to lift 50 lbs.

    -  CRT/PC knowledge

    -  Ability to work independently

    -  Self starter

    -  Perform problem solving

    -  Good oral and written communication skills

    -  Ability to work well with others and exercise good judgment.

    -  Dependable and reliable

    -  The ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide numbers including decimals and fractions; simple use of formulas, charts, tables, specifications, and schedules.


    Preferred Skills/Qualifications:

    On the job acquired skills: (as applicable)

        - Hazmat certification 49 CFR / IATA

        - Industrial equipment operation qualifications

        - Review area processes to remain compliant to current SOP's

        - Working knowledge of existing computer programs (i.e.):

                        - PeopleSoft, LX, WebShip, Documentum, Compliance      

                         - Wire, Excel, Word, etc.. (generate reports and forms)
