  • Overview

    The Manager/Sr. Manager of Payer Marketing within Market Access will support the tactical development and execution of aligned market access strategies across all Bausch Health branded Rx businesses including Salix, Bausch + Lomb, Ortho-Dermatologics and Diversified Products.

    They will be responsible for development, implementation, and tactical execution of the Market Access plan for aligned customer segments including value proposition messaging, customer channel tactics and pull-through of Payer Access.

    This position will report to the Executive Director of the Market Access Payer Marketing & Strategy team.

    Responsibilities

    • Assist with development of payer value propositions and other tactics for aligned brands and facilitate training and implementation by the Market Access Account team to achieve BU business goals. This will require close coordination with the Market Access Account Management and Marketing teams.
    • Partner with aligned Payer Marketing Director, BU Marketing and Market Access Account Management teams (as appropriate) to develop field sales market access related “Pull Through” messaging tools and tactics and support field deployment. Support process/system improvements that elevate business results related to Payer Access Opportunities.
    • Work collaboratively with Account Management, Marketing, Sales Training, Field Sales, Sales and Marketing Operations, Medical Affairs and Legal on development, implementation, and execution of priority resources, programs and tactics.
    • Participate in internal meetings to include, Market Access Team Calls, Marketing Business Reviews, Launch and National Sales Meetings, etc.
    • Support the management of Market Access Payer Marketing budgets.
    • Follow all applicable Bausch Health policies including product promotion which includes securing timely PRC approval of all promotional content.

    EDUCATION/LANGUAGES

    • Fluent in English language required
    • Undergraduate degree required; MBA is a plus or other advanced degrees

    Travel

    • 10% Travel as needed

    Qualifications

    • At least 3 years of experience in Market Access within Payer Marketing strongly desired. Previous Account Management experience is a plus.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams across market access, brand teams, finance, legal & regulatory.
    • Ability to deliver presentations to Market Access teams, Brand Marketing and Field Sales.
    • Requires a strong understanding of Market Access Payer market dynamics, key trends and how managed care organizations make decisions across different channels.
    • Requires strong communication skills, analytical skills and project management.
    • Strong proficiency in project management, process management, prioritization, leadership without authority
