The Director, Global Sales Incentive Compensation will be a member of the Total Rewards team reporting to the VP, Total Rewards and will be responsible for designing and recommending sales incentive plans globally, and partnering with the Sales Ops team on the implementation and maintenance of these plans. Responsibilities include analysis, design, and creation of sales incentive plans. This includes creating analytics to measure and monitor the effectiveness of these plans, and partnering with the Sales Ops team to keep our executive team up to date on trends and findings to support recommendations for plan updates. Will act as an internal consultant to leadership and must be collaborative and demonstrate ability to build consensus.
