    The Associate Brand Manager, Marketing for the Bausch + Lomb Consumer Healthcare division will drive brand-specific initiatives for one of the flagship, fast-growing Bausch + Lomb brands in the US.  This position will be located in Bridgewater, NJ.

    Responsibilities

    The Associate Brand Manager (ABM), OTC Eye Care, Marketing will provide support and drive brand-specific and cross-brand initiatives within the OTC eye drops portfolio.  This includes supporting key flagship Bausch + Lomb brands in such as the new Lumify redness reliever eye drops  as well as Alaway allergy and Soothe dry eye drops. This position will be located in Bridgewater, NJ.

     

    • Proactively tracks and analyzes relevant information to make sound business recommendations.
    • Provides input and recommendations on key components of the marketing plan.
    • Effectively implements plans/ tactics and evaluates the success against pre-determined metrics. Key support areas may include: Consumer Engagement (digital & social media), Consumer Promotion, Shopper Marketing and Trade Promotion, and Forecasting activities.
    • Develops, owns and manages the budget for key marketing activities. Acquires an understanding of how profitability is achieved for the brand.
    • Pursues new ideas and generates a fact-based case to support them.
    • Manages relationships with key vendors, agencies and cross-functional partners. Develops an understanding of the dynamics of the matrix and the role of all partners.

    Qualifications

    • BS degree in marketing or a related discipline required.
    • MBA preferred
    • 2-5 years of experience within US OTC and/or CPG marketing organization
    • Demonstrates a fundamental understanding of basic marketing skills, including 4P’s
    • Must have demonstrated analytical skills with ability to review consumer data, identify trends and present information to senior managers. Experience with IRI/ACNielsen data preferred.
    • Good analytical, interpersonal, people management, and influencing skills
    • Must have basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
