The responsibility of the Regional Business Director is to provide leadership, strategic direction, and drive towards attainment of quarterly and annual sales goals for the Americas Organization and specified Region.
Drive the day-to-day business results to include: Management of regional financial plan. Maintain high level of communications with all levels in the organization. Analysis of data to develop and implement regional strategies, account business plans, respond to market changes, and establish goals and tactics. Work with Marketing organization to develop product marketing plans and successful implementation on a national basis. Maintain an in depth knowledge of customer and competition. Work cross functionally as needed to assist in Sales of B+L products.
