This position will provide systems support and administration of our eyeTELLIGENCE™ cloud based solution for connectivity with installed surgical capital equipment and of business IT systems utilized by Bausch + Lomb Product Support.
Scope of Position: This position is responsible for the support and administration of systems that impact the Commercial business for the Surgical Product Support division of Bausch + Lomb. Support includes both domestic and international.
Key Relationships: Business Partners - B+L Product Support Organization (internal support, field, customer and depot service personnel), B+L Commercial Organization, Corporate IT, and manufacturer support functions such as R&D, Manufacturing Engineering, and Quality.
Bachelor’s degree, IT emphasis
(Associate’s degree, IT emphasis and extensive direct experience may be considered)
Preferred Skills Qualifications:
At least 3 years of systems support experience or technical support role
Demonstrated experience working within a Cloud Based Environment in a support capacity
