    Person in this position will provide insights on incentive compensation, targeting & alignments. She/he will help drive informed decisions that will help grow top/bottom line.

     

    Primary duties will include:

    • Analytical Support of Sales Force Alignment, Call Planning/Targeting and Incentive Compensation functional areas
    • Use of programming and software to create processes in support of IC and Call Planning
    • Use of territory alignment software such as Javelin Territory Designer, TerrAlign, or similar
    • Data management (ETL process) for staging of reporting data in support of the IC and Call Planning
    • Creation of reports related to Call Planning, Incentive Compensation and Alignment

    Responsibilities

    • Help with alignment and incentive compensation initiatives to best optimize key investments in field resources.
    • Provide “hands-on” expertise in the application of advanced contemporary approaches to resource optimization and allocation of resources to support the product portfolio. This includes the use of advanced software to implement advanced modeling exercises using econometric and statistical techniques to optimize promotional vehicles.
    • Use contemporary data tools and techniques to analyze field performance and recommend resourcing levels.
    • Responsibility for creation of quarterly/semesterly/etc. Alignment, Call Plans, Sales Goals and Payouts
    • Experience with all three functional (Call Planning, Incentive Compensation and Alignments) areas is advantageous, but not absolutely required. Candidates with demonstrated success in some, but not all of the areas, will be considered if they are willing to develop expertise in all three areas

    Qualifications

    Education: Minimum undergraduate degree in Computer Science or quantitative sciences (i.e. Econometrics, Statistics, engineering or comparable). Advanced degree preferred.

     

    Experience: Minimum 5 years business experience in analytics with experience in Pharmaceutical commercial analytics. Demonstrated advanced use of SAS software required. SQL Tableau & VBA knowledge a plus.
