    The Manager - Salesforce Solution Architect is responsible for identifying, defining, and driving functional and technical strategy and solutions to support complex business process and enterprise architecture requirements within Bausch Health. The incumbent will be expected to work with a cross-functional group both from the products and business units to work on solutions that span the customer lifecycle across product lines.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and drive Salesforce platform strategy and feature roadmap management
    • Provide direction to optimize business processes and work with business leaders to influence their processes to work with industry standard guidelines and products
    • Present potential solutions to business leaders to get buy in and negotiate feature functions that are viable solutions.
    • Partner with integration architects to identify key areas of inter-dependencies and synergies within and across software products on the roadmap
    • Develop software roadmap by identifying target applications, features (functional/ non-functional), investments, timeline and migration plans.
    • Work with teams to develop proof of concepts.
    • Drive the design of industry accelerators and assets to support differentiation and delivery excellence.
    • Maintaining and coordinate communication with the customer throughout each project.
    • Organize the demand, prioritize delivery with the business, bundle demand requests, maintain the roadmap, identify dependencies across portfolios, and help in budgetary guidance and capacity planning.
    • Oversee third party vendor design, build, & testing adheres to strategy & standards

    Qualifications

    Basic Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
    • 10+ years of experience in global software development and deployment.
    • 5+ years of experience delivering applications on Salesforce platform preferably in life sciences or consumer industry.

     

    Desirable Professional Skills:

    • Must have Service and Sales Cloud implementation experience.
    • Background with architecture concepts (integration styles, architecture styles, patterns).
    • Salesforce Certified System Architect certification desirable.
    • Knowledgeable in ETL tools like Informatica, and integration tools like Mulesoft Cloud Hub.
    • Good understanding of customer journey experience and analytics.
    • Proven ability to manage and resolve complex and ambiguous technical issues.
    • Creativity & critical thinking.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to articulate value proposition
    • Excellent leadership and management skills.
