The Manager, Analytics and Operations will be responsible for developing and producing timely and accurate business reports as well as Sales Force Effectiveness for Bausch + Lomb’s Vision Care specialty vision products and soft contact lens businesses. This person will combine internal sales data with syndicated data sources to create and take ownership of key reports in the day-to-day operations of the business. Additionally, the Manager, Analytics and Operations will provide analytical support and insights for the marketing team and other commercial stakeholders in order to help make better business decisions.
The candidate needs to have the ability to develop and analyze data to create dashboards as well as make insights and recommendations. They are expected to maintain an in depth knowledge of the category, the customers, and competition. The ideal candidate will work cross functionally as needed to assist in commercial support of Bausch + Lomb’s Vision Care business objectives by developing a close working relationship with all functional stakeholders (includes Marketing, Sales Leadership, Sales Operations, Training, and Finance). This position is expected to foster a mastery of analytical techniques to support business inquiry for someone who can work in a ‘hands-on’ analytics capacity in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. This individual will report directly to the Director of Sales Operations & Analytics and will be based in Bridgewater, NJ with some occasional domestic travel.
