    For, Bausch Health Information Management is a key capability required to become a data-driven organization and enable digital transformation. Reporting to the Sr. Director, Information Management; Director of Project Management will use the Program and project management skills, allied systems & tools, to plan and manage/coordinate resources and activities related to Business, data and IT projects throughout Commercial and other Bausch Health organizations. This position will be responsible for maturing the current PMO organization to best in class in the industry. Director is charged with driving successful e project outcomes and performing full life-cycle project management. The Director will manage relationships with executive sponsors, senior leaders, and key stakeholders to understand strategic priorities and will be held accountable for setting PMO objectives, accordingly. This person must be comfortable operating in a fast-paced "startup" type environment.


    • Manage Project Manager and contractor and provide oversight to the project managed by them.
    • Champion and lead projects for a global company initiatives and operational excellence
    • Management of project team members from the various other functional areas assigned to a specific program (includes team meetings, communications to teams and meeting minutes etc.)
    • Along with project team, lead the development and implementation of a project plan, schedule, budget and capital plan as required
    • Review and monitor program/project activities against definition, schedule, and costs
    • Publish monthly/quarterly project report summaries as required
    • Communicate effectively with all cross-functional teams regarding the status of all project activities.
    • Inform management in a timely manner of risks and issues which may result in a delay in project schedules so that appropriate action may be taken
    • Establish and mature PMO maturity model by defining the roadmap
    • Establish PMO best practices and stage gate reviews from Discovery to closeout phases of the project.
    • Engages with the industry to learn about best practices to help in building excellence in PMO
    • Provide coordination of operational process enhancements.
    • Responsible for the communication and change management plan for all projects in the portfolio.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with critical cross-functional teams such as IT, Market Access, Sales and Marketing, Pricing & Contracting, Compliance, and Legal.


    • Bachelor's degree; Advanced degree in business-related discipline preferred
    • 10+ years of experience in the Pharmaceutical industry
    • Project/program management experience with specific experience in managing complex, global projects and related activities
    • Competency in Microsoft Project, Word, PowerPoint & Excel.
    • Prior training in project management - PMI certification a plus
    • Proven, a hands-on, results-oriented manager with demonstrated leadership skills across functional lines and a participatory style of working effectively in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
    • Ability to communicate and interact at all levels from senior management to staff level
    • Ability to translate customer requirements into measurable design goals/input
    • Effective communication and organization skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and ongoing projects at the same time;
    • Successful with attention to detail and adaptability to change;
    • Strong interpersonal skills with values of Leadership, Integrity, Flexibility and Efficiency;
