Reporting to the SVP Market Access and Commercial Operations, the VP Commercial Learning will be accountable for establishing and implementing training & development strategies, as well as plans and processes to support Bausch Health’s organizational learning goals and objectives. This role will be responsible for enterprise training programs supporting Salix, Bausch and Lomb, Ora-pharma, Ortho-Dermatology, and Dentistry. Responsibility extends to the Market Access & Commercial Operations (MACO) organization for customer service and account management training programs.
The position scope will involve new hire training and recurrent training, as well as additional developmental programs for Field Sales Trainers, District/Regional Manager Development, and Emerging Leaders. The position will also be responsible for marketing and market based training for the Bausch Health US organization. Establishing organizational capabilities and skills for our employees to understand and engage the external market and develop and execute contemporary marketing plans to address the dynamic US healthcare market are essential position elements.
