Reporting to the Executive Director, Pharmaceutical Project Management, the Director of Project Manager will use the global PCPF (development process), allied systems & tools, to plan and manage/coordinate resources and activities related to new product development for Gastrointestinal pharmaceuticals.
This position resides in the Bridgewater, NJ office.
This position, reporting to the VP, Treasurer, will manage the company’s global banking structure including international bank account structure, cash positioning, reporting and forecasting, as well as liaise and manage international bank relationships. The position will review and manage subsidiaries’ capital structures, including intercompany loans, assist with investment and financing decisions in foreign jurisdictions, as well as liaise with the Tax and Legal departments in foreign capital structuring, funding/cash positioning and repatriation matters.
The position will also, in conjunction with the Treasury Director for Capital Markets, manage the Company’s global foreign exchange exposures, including quantifying global currency exposures, developing exposure reporting process, recommend and implement appropriate hedging strategies, if any, as well as compliance with relevant regulatory accounting standards with respect to derivatives. The position will also assist the Treasurer in capital markets transactions and in worldwide debt compliance and reporting. The position will manage reporting of activities in these areas to internal constituents and coordinates compliance with audit requirements, as well as quarterly and annual SEC reporting requirements and compliance.
The ideal candidate for this position will be an integral member of the Manufacturing FP&A group and is responsible for month end close transactions, preparation of account reconciliations and analysis and review of financial information related to cost of goods sold and inventory. This position also provides financial and accounting support to the Global Supply Chain Operations and the Financial and Reporting Team.
The Manager, Analytics and Operations will be responsible for developing and producing timely and accurate business reports as well as Sales Force Effectiveness for Bausch + Lomb’s Vision Care specialty vision products and soft contact lens businesses. This person will combine internal sales data with syndicated data sources to create and take ownership of key reports in the day-to-day operations of the business. Additionally, the Manager, Analytics and Operations will provide analytical support and insights for the marketing team and other commercial stakeholders in order to help make better business decisions.
The candidate needs to have the ability to develop and analyze data to create dashboards as well as make insights and recommendations. They are expected to maintain an in depth knowledge of the category, the customers, and competition. The ideal candidate will work cross functionally as needed to assist in commercial support of Bausch + Lomb’s Vision Care business objectives by developing a close working relationship with all functional stakeholders (includes Marketing, Sales Leadership, Sales Operations, Training, and Finance). This position is expected to foster a mastery of analytical techniques to support business inquiry for someone who can work in a ‘hands-on’ analytics capacity in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. This individual will report directly to the Director of Sales Operations & Analytics and will be based in Bridgewater, NJ with some occasional domestic travel.
The Manager, Sales Operations and Sales Force Effectiveness will be responsible for the operational support to the Bausch + Lomb Vision Care field sales team. This person will manage day-to-day Vision Care support including, but not limited to onboarding, daily field communications, salesforce.com reporting/management, execution tracking, and analytical support.

2nd shift position 3:00pm-11:30pm. DAYS AND TIMES SUBJECT TO CHANGE.
This position is an entry level position in the aseptic filling operation. The job functions and responsibilities include basic proficient operation of filling equipment, including bottle unscramblers, tippers, cappers, conveyance systems, line and equipment cleaning, line clearances, component transfer, line/room disinfection, and proper documentation practices. Ability to operate at least one ointment line and one solution line. This position requires aseptic gowning certification and line clearance certification. Maintain training requirements including SOP, EHS, and HR. Assume responsibility for the GMP, ISO, EHS awareness and compliance within the respective area. Attend and participate in Lean Improvement initiatives such as reducing costs & OEE initiatives. Responsible for Maintaining Quality, OEE, Material Variance and Scrap goals.
