The Director, Global Sales Incentive Compensation will be a member of the Total Rewards team reporting to the VP, Total Rewards and will be responsible for designing and recommending sales incentive plans globally, and partnering with the Sales Ops team on the implementation and maintenance of these plans. Responsibilities include analysis, design, and creation of sales incentive plans. This includes creating analytics to measure and monitor the effectiveness of these plans, and partnering with the Sales Ops team to keep our executive team up to date on trends and findings to support recommendations for plan updates. The Marketing Analytics Manager will focus on supporting the marketing team by capturing, tracking and analyzing data related to sales trends and product use, market behavior and calculating returns on marketing programs and activities. This position can be based in Raleigh, NC and will report to the Sr. Director of Marketing.
The Senior Manager International Medical Devices, Regulatory Affairs will lead a cross-functional team to execute technical documentation in compliance with the applicable regulatory requirements and generating submissions as needed to global health authorities/notified bodies to support marketing approvals.
The primary focus of this position is to facilitate full compliance for multiple products with the Medical Device Directive (MDD) and the new European Union Medical Device Regulation (EU MDR). In this role, the individual will be the recognized expert, managing large projects or processes, with responsibilities that include working with other cross functional areas to identify, modify, or create necessary documentation to meet the EU MDD and/or remediate EU MDD compliant technical files to meet MDR. Additionally, the Sr. Manager will collaborate with global regulatory teams to ensure that the products remain compliant around the world.

The Manager/Sr. Manager of Payer Marketing within Market Access will support the tactical development and execution of aligned market access strategies across all Bausch Health branded Rx businesses including Salix, Bausch + Lomb, Ortho-Dermatologics and Diversified Products.
They will be responsible for development, implementation, and tactical execution of the Market Access plan for aligned customer segments including value proposition messaging, customer channel tactics and pull-through of Payer Access.
This position will report to the Executive Director of the Market Access Payer Marketing & Strategy team.
The Inside Sales Supervisor provides leadership, project management, personnel development and supervision of the Inside Sales function. The candidate’s mission is to focus the inside team and drive to achieve established revenue targets for the instrument segment of Bausch + Lomb, as well as assist Marketing and Executive management in making decisions about the company's business. The candidate manages the day-today inside sales activities.
Align with and support all aspects of the U.S. marketing strategic plan for instruments. Supervise the inside sales team for instruments. Develop team skills improving day to day interactions with customers (internal and external), create ad hoc reports across territories to identify key opportunities, drive promotions and initiatives with the greater sales team to deliver strong results for the surgical business.
