Shift coordination of Aseptic Prep activities. Maintain a technical understanding sufficient to provide front-line instruction for production issues in Aseptic Prep. Must maintain an active hands-on SME level of Aseptic Prep knowledge. This position is a working Group Leader that is part of the shift work capacity. This position requires Aseptic Core Gowning Certification, Rinse Water Certification, Disinfection and all related EHS and functional training to maintain the GMP. Assumes responsibility for the GMP, ISO, environmental health and safety procedure awareness, and compliance within the respective area.
Oversees parts of the pharmaceutical regulated quality system related to CAPA, nonconformance, document & records management, and change management to ensure compliance and resolution of issues.
The scope of this position is directly related to the Bausch Health External Manufacturing Quality Organization.
The position has supervisory responsibilities for a team of 4-8 quality professionals.

As a Product Manager, GI Marketing, you will be responsible for the development, implementation and execution of brand strategy and operational plans that optimize sales, market share and revenue growth for our products.

1st Shift 7:00am - 3:30pm DAYS AND TIMES SUBJECT TO CHANGE.
This position is an entry level position in the aseptic filling operation. The job functions and responsibilities include basic proficient operation of filling equipment, including bottle unscramblers, tippers, cappers, conveyance systems, line and equipment cleaning, line clearances, component transfer, line/room disinfection, and proper documentation practices. Ability to operate at least one ointment line and one solution line. This position requires aseptic gowning certification and line clearance certification. Maintain training requirements including SOP, EHS, and HR. Assume responsibility for the GMP, ISO, EHS awareness and compliance within the respective area. Attend and participate in Lean Improvement initiatives such as reducing costs & OEE initiatives. Responsible for Maintaining Quality, OEE, Material Variance and Scrap goals.

The Surgical Equipment Specialist (SES) is a professional sales position whose primary purpose is the presentation, promotion, and sale of the Bausch + Lomb portfolio of surgical equipment products such as cataract surgical equipment, vitreoretinal surgical equipment and related instruments and disposable products. The SES reports to the Regional Business Director (RBD).
