This individual will assist the Vice President of Policies and Technical Accounting in maintaining the Company’s accounting policies, perform technical accounting research, implement new accounting standards, and assist in ensuring the integrity of the Company's financial reporting and controls are in accordance with US GAAP & SOX requirements.

Perform specific duties according to SOP's within the Disposable Packs Department, either by the use of both hands or by using machinery when assigned.
Must be able to work four-ten hour days from 6:00am to 4:30pm. Must be able to work overtime as needed, including Saturday's and Sunday's.

This position works in close collaboration with cross functional groups to impact product innovation with research and development, and flow-through processes with manufacturing. This position can be based in Raleigh, NC and will report to the Solta Senior Director, Medical Marketing.
The Senior Quality Specialist will be responsible for Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) and Non-conformance (NC) processes and related quality activities. The position also supports new quality system/methodologies implementation, training, and problem solving.
This position will also work directly with Site Quality, Global Quality and Site Functions and Departments to provide sustaining quality and compliance leadership in the specific areas related CAPA and Non-conformance, training, and problem solving. In addition, the position is responsible for reporting key quality metrics to drive quality and efficiency.
The position will develop and maintain Nonconformance and CAPA procedures in accordance with applicable requirements.
This position also supports compliance remediation projects.
Other Quality System duties as directed by Quality leadership.
The Mechanical Design Engineer II, R&D is expected to be a key individual contributor of mechanical design expertise for R&D projects in a medical device company. The R&D Mechanical Design Engineer II applies a broad knowledge of engineering principals to design new products for ophthalmic surgery. He or she provides comprehensive product development services from conceptual design to product release. He or she approves modifications to existing designs, assesses acceptability of non-conforming parts, and troubleshoots product complaints in a team setting. The Mechanical Design Engineer II may also provide project coordination and leadership for select accessory development activities.
This position provides senior-level manufacturing engineering support to a manufacturing operation. This may include implementing new manufacturing processes, improving existing manufacturing processes, repairing and coordinating the repair of production machinery, and providing technical guidance to manufacturing personnel.
The Senior Engineer Manufacturing is responsible for the performance, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the manufacturing processes within their assigned area of responsibility.
