The Supplier Diversity Specialist role reports to the Supplier Diversity Leader. The role will be responsible for coordinating Supplier Diversity program initiatives. The specialist will arrange and administer all supplier diversity team activities and assist in the management of external organization activities with NMSDC (National Minority Supplier Development Council), WBENC (Women's Business Development Council), and all other assigned supplier diversity organizations and memberships. The role will attend, coordinate, and support outreach events as required. Assist in the development and delivery of presentations to internal and external groups as required. Train employees on supplier diversity internal processes and goals to encourage achievement of small business administration commitments. As the voice of the company work to identify and develop current and potential diverse suppliers. Support annual spend reporting, as well as metric development and tracking. Subject matter expert for US Supplier Diversity and expansion of international diversity initiatives.
