The Manager, Sample Operations is responsible for the Sample Accountability/Management under the PDMA guidelines to ensure FDA compliance implemented for any sampling through personal and non-personal promotion. The Manager is also responsible for leading and maintaining sample shipment programs (Representative and Direct to Practitioner) operations and administration with internal departments and the vendor. Vendor management to ensure all guidelines and processes are implemented to adhere to PDMA requirements and Company policies.
This position is responsible for providing customers with prompt, courteous, efficient, high quality service in the areas of order fulfillment and problem resolution needs to ensure a positive customer experience.
Work schedule: Monday - Friday; 10:00 am - 6:30 pm

The Senior Manager, Sales Forecasting will be responsible for supporting 1-2 branded pharmaceuticals Business Units (GI, Dermatology, Ophthalmology, Neurology) within the demand sales forecasting team. This person will be accountable for partnering with the Head of Forecasting to evolving the forecasting function to a more sophisticated and transparent specialty within Commercial Operations. The person needs to be able to adapt the forecasting support to meet the different needs of a large and diverse product portfolio of both inline and pipeline brands. This person must be comfortable in operating in a fast paced changing “start-up” type environment. This role will directly serve as the face of the function to Sales and Marketing VPs and Directors of the Unit they support and report directly to the Sr. Director, Sales Forecasting.
Weekend Shift - Overnight - 6pm-6am - Schedule Subject to Change.
Assure the purity, strength and safety of sterile and nonsterile products via cleaning, disinfection, preparation and sterilization of the aseptic manufacturing areas and equipment. This position requires Aseptic Core Gowning Certification, Rinse Water Testing, Disinfection Certification and all related EHS and functional training to maintain GMP requirements.
Manage the Microbiology Monitoring program for the facility in agreement with all regulatory requirements. Supervise technical staff in connection with routine and project related microbiological testing. Work with Manufacturing and other departments to solve and prevent production related problems.
Create, publish and manage the execution of a weekly shop floor schedule to meet the forecast demand and targeted safety stock levels of manufactured products

The Director of Surgical Marketing is team leader for B&L’s cataract equipment and associated accessories, & consumable product lines and responsible for U.S. marketing. This includes: developing the U.S. marketing plans, planning the product portfolio, acting as key strategic interface to R&D and Clinical Affairs in new product development, conducting market research, developing and executing the product(s)’ brand positioning, messaging, and launching new products, product management and sales support, coordinating product life cycle management, and day to day business leadership and support.
